We will be happy to add any effect, trick, illusion you would like to sell on this site. However, there are certain Terms and Conditions you will have to abide by and these are listed below. We can only act as the selling agent and will take no responsibility whatsoever for any misleading text in your description of the item you have for sale.

We will only pass your particulars on to the buyer if they have a problem with your item when they receive it, otherwise we keep your identity and personal details private.

The form below should be completed to the best of your ability and a recent photograph of the item included with the form. In the DESCRIPTION box please be as truthful as possible concerning any defects the item may have or any attention it may require.

You should take into consideration the cost of buying your item new from a reputable magic web site and keep your cost at a reasonable level.

Used Magic take 10% of the selling price to cover costs. (eg if you are selling your item at £10 then we will deduct £1 to cover costs and reimburse you £9) We will make your payment to a Paypal account so, please make sure you have one set up. If you would prefer not to use Paypal, then please get in touch with me and we can work out some other arrangement.

The seller (you) is liable for the postage and packing, so be sure to include this in the price of your item.

The seller (you) will be responsible for sending the item on to the buyer with 48 hours of receiving confirmation of purchase from Used Magic.

The seller (you) should inform us IMMEDIATELY if you have sold the item elsewhere. Should you sell the item externally without letting us know, then you will be repsonsible for full payment to Used Magic for their commission.
